What MedaZone is

MedaZone is an online platform connecting patients with clinics to book appointments, and giving clinics tools to manage their visits and records. It is operated by Client Care Solutions – CCS Global, Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. Using the platform means you accept these terms.

What MedaZone is not

We are not a healthcare provider, we do not practise medicine, and we do not give medical advice. The doctor and the clinic are responsible for diagnosis, treatment, and what is written in the report and the prescription. Our role is purely technical: arranging the appointment and storing what the clinic records.

Account and verification

Your phone number is verified with a code sent to you on WhatsApp. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for protecting your phone and verification code. Anyone booking for another person (a child or relative) confirms they are authorised to do so.

Booking, cancellation and no-shows

• An appointment is confirmed when the clinic confirms it or when the system shows it as confirmed.
• Cancellation and no-show policy is set by each clinic, and is shown to you before you complete the booking.
• A clinic may cancel or change an appointment for an emergency (a doctor’s absence, for example), and you will be notified.
• Follow-up appointments are set by the doctor with a date and time, and recorded in the calendar.

Prices and payment

Displayed prices are set by the clinic, which is responsible for their accuracy. Payment is collected inside the clinic; what appears on the platform is a statement of what is due and what was collected. During the visit the doctor may add charges for tests or procedures performed in the clinic, collected by reception before the visit is closed. MedaZone is not a party to the financial transaction between you and the clinic.

Your obligations

• Provide accurate data, especially your name, phone number, date of birth and drug allergies.
• Attend your appointment or cancel early in line with the clinic’s policy.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to reach anyone else’s data, and do not disrupt the service technically.
• Do not impersonate a doctor or a clinic.

Clinic obligations

• To be lawfully licensed, with doctors registered and permitted to practise.
• Accuracy of the services, prices and appointments it publishes.
• To keep its patients’ data confidential and not use it outside the purpose of care.
• Not to attempt to reach another clinic’s patient data — which the platform prevents technically.
• To comply with the laws of medical practice and data protection in Egypt.

Content and reviews

Reviews written by patients express their authors’ views. We reserve the right to remove abusive or false content, or content disclosing a third party’s personal data. Clinics may not publish fabricated reviews.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design, software and mark are owned by Client Care Solutions – CCS Global and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Each clinic’s medical data remains the property of that clinic and its patients.

Limitation of liability

Medical liability — for diagnosis, treatment, medication and their outcomes — rests with the clinic and the doctor alone. The platform is provided as is; we make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. We are not liable for harm arising from incorrect data entered by a user or a clinic, or from the interruption of a third-party service such as WhatsApp or our hosting provider.

Nothing in these terms waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Suspending an account

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or puts patient data at risk, with notice to its owner unless a security or legal reason prevents it.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; material changes are announced inside the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
