What MedaZone is
MedaZone is an Egyptian platform for booking medical appointments and running the visit inside the clinic: from the moment the patient books, through reception, to the doctor’s report, prescription and test requests, to closing the visit and collecting what is due.
Why it was built
Small and mid-sized clinics in Egypt run their day between a paper appointment book, phone calls and scattered WhatsApp messages. The result is forgotten appointments, patients who never get a reminder, and a medical record so scattered the doctor cannot find it when it matters. MedaZone brings that into one screen that works in Arabic, designed for people seeing a patient every ten minutes.
What it gives the clinic
- An appointment calendar per branch and per doctor, with a waiting list and a clinic-day view in one screen.
- A medical report that fits the specialty — a tooth chart for the dentist, a vaccination table for the paediatrician, a refraction table for the ophthalmologist — with the template editable.
- Electronic prescriptions, test and imaging requests, and tracking of results until the doctor reviews them.
- A timeline for each patient gathering their visits across the clinic’s own branches.
- WhatsApp reminders before the appointment, and new-booking alerts to the branch.
Patient privacy is not an afterthought
Each clinic’s data is completely isolated from every other — the isolation is enforced in the database, not by hiding screens. Medical files are stored outside the site’s public path and are only served after the requester’s identity is checked. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Who is behind it
MedaZone is built by Client Care Solutions – CCS Global, a Cairo-based software company building business systems for healthcare, travel and services.
