Right now due to all around corona pandemic we are facing delay shipping from DHL due to slow custom process. Therefore right now it may take 2 to 5 days or less.
Please note that the 12 hours processing time is not included in the shipping time. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to correspond the Customer in any way.
Duty Tax:
We use these major carriers to ship our items: DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS. Kindly note that all packages are shipped from different Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.
Delivery Attempt:
It is the Customer’s responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a second attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or returns due to hygiene reasons. We will Not Accept Return Product And Will Not refund all products. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
